Privacy notice

This notice explains what Closers Desk does with the details you give us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, work email, company, company website, job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That can include writing your buyer map and replying about it. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we keep them for up to 12 months, so there is a record if you get in touch again, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell, rent or trade your details. They are seen only by the people who handle your request and by the service providers who host this site and our correspondence for us.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit. The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for them as it would for any web font.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to kendra.bentley@closersdesk.co, or send the contact form and say so. If you reply stop to any message from us, we stop contacting you.

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
